Finger Food „by Mepra“
Mepra, as usual, follows the evolution of the gastronomic needs and trends that mark the transformation of the tableware through time.
Among the novelties presented by Mepra at the HOST 2011 Fair, the presence of a new line of products couldn’t be missing. FINGERFOOD in fact is the answer to the latest trend of the most experienced gourmet. Tools, accessories and disposable containers are ideal for catering and buffet services, practical and functional, always characterized by the unique class of all MEPRA products.
SQUARE PLATE for FINGER FOOD
The squared plate is one of the new Finger Food proposals by MEPRA. Produced in 18/10 stainless steel, this versatile plate can be used alone, or matched with a square or rectangular wooden tray.
Combined with the rectangular it becomes a perfect plate for tasting raw fish, sauces and chop-sticks can be inserted in the tray, next to the plate. The wooden trays are from the TRE collection by Mepra. They are available in different versions, such as Wengè, natural whitened wood and in the lacquered versions in black, white, green, purple and orange.
SMALL FINGERFOOD SQUARE TRAYS
To complete the Finger Food range of proposals, there are two SQUARE PANELS, one is 12 x12cm and the other 15x15 cm. They are made of 18/10 stainless steel. These square trays are perfect for single serving portions, or may be used for tasting pastries and desserts.
TWO SIZES ATTIVA CASSEROLS
Here is a new concept for serving side dishes on the table. We are pleased to bring to your attention the latest new products of MEPRA, the small ATTIVA casserole with two handles and the one with one handle.
The two-handles casserole has a diameter of 12cm, the one with one handle 9cm. For both are lids availiable. The aluminium core is sandwiched by the inside layer of 18/10 stainless steel and 18/0 induction outside, so that the excellent heat conducting properties is guaranteed. They are born from the necessity of an alternative and elegant way of serving, perfect for bringing small side dishes to the table and keep them hot. They also are useful for serving “amuse bouche” or finger food.
FINGER FOOD PRESENTOIR
This interesting tool for food presentations is made in stainless steel 18/10. Its elegant lines stand out among the proposals of a crowded buffet and it can contain up to 28 small glasses.
Indispensable and irreplaceable for catering and banqueting, it’s the ideal solution to present creams, mousses and light snacks, with elegance and style, creating a game of shapes and colors.
TRE CRUET SET
The TRE cruet set by Mepra is an elegant and practical answer to the current regulations that forbids the use of glass cruets, different from the original Oil and Vinegar producers bottles. Mepra offers a square wood container that fits most Oils and Vinegar bottles on the market. The internal base and the “stem” are in 18/10 stainless steel, this makes both maintenance and cleaning very easy and efficient. The wooden part, as the whole TRE collection by Mepra is available in the elegant Wengè version or in the cheerful laquered versions in purple, black, white, green and orange.
SAUCE BOWLS
4 small bowls, mounted on "crown", all made in 18/10 stainless steel. An indispensable tool to crown a noble steak tartare or a royal t-bone steak.
The diners can enjoy their food ranging between four different flavored sauces.
GIANT CHAMPAGNE BUCKET
This Giant Champagne bucket is made for 12 bottles, made of stainless steel, optionally with matt Ice surface.
SPARTA FLATWARE
The new SPARTA flatware become part the big and historic MEPRA production.
The elegance of its design, its clean lines, the importance of its shapes, make this new piece of cutlery a perfect tool for all occasions and all table configurations.
They are in 18/10 stainless steel, 4 mm thick and they are dishwasher safe.
COFFEE DESIGN KIT
The coffee Design Kit is made of a unique transparent cup, shaped with horizontal bands to facilitate the doses of the various layers, a teaspoon in 18/10 stainless steel in brushed finishing specifically designed to facilitate the layering of the ingredients, one coaster in elegant natural stone slate.
